IP Address Blacklisted
I have been trying to get a new IP address allocated by Cell C - the call centre don't seem to understand the concept of a "blacklisted" IP address. This is having a huge impact on my business with my emails being rejected as SPAM due to the blacklisted IP address. The second IP address issued was also blacklisted! Is there anyone at Cell C that can allocate me an IP address that is NOT blacklisted?
