******ION OF MONEY AND NON DISCLOSURE TO COSTS .NO CLEAR SET TERMS AND CONDITIONS

After commencement of my policy on 30/11/2022, I requested for my contract to be sent via email and this was not done after making numerous calls to their contact centre. My monthly premium was calculated at R454.98 for 24 months, but for some reason I have been charged different amounts which exceeds our initial agreement amount.Cell C has also been debiting my account for additional fees without me approving any Debi-check mandate and without me knowing what the additional amount was for, which has resulted in me being charged exuberate bank charges every time they go into my account especially when there are no funds in my account which has placed me in a 4. negative financial position. After noticing the additional fees, I called Cell C and requested what the R70 (that increased to R140) was for and I was told: 1. That they did not receive my monthly premium of R470 for July 2024 (which should have initially been R454.98) 2. and that I was being charged for the unpaid debit orders that were raised on my account.I then advised them that I have paid the premium via eft on the same date as my debit order date due to *****ulent activities that were taking place on my bank account. I was then informed that even though I have made payment of my monthly fee via eft payment and that they have received the monthly premium; I would still be charged for them going into my account for not receiving the money via the debit order that they have raised. This a fee of R70 which has now amounted to R140 plus additional bank charges that the bank has charged me for every unauthorised raised debit that Cell C has made without my consent! 5. I was never informed during the sales call about being charged a fee of R70 for everyunpaid debit order raised on my bank account, even though payment was made via eft on the same date as the due date of my debit. Secondly, if I received my contract as per initial request after conclusion of sales call, I would have known this. I was then told by an agent that Cell C charges this amount and 6. that it was stated on the fine print of the contract and monthly statement.Even though it is stated on the monthly statement that Cell C will charge for unpaid debit order, they did not disclose the amount that would be charged, did not disclose that even after EFT payment has been made via, that the client would still be charged R70 for the unpaid fee, On the statement it also gives options to make eft payment but there is no mention of additional fees being charged.7. Cell has not been transparent at all when it comes to the fee of R70 being charged for unpaid debit debit orders that were raised on the clients account and have not disclosed that even if EFT payments are made, that the client would still be charged.1. Cell C to pay back every extra amount that they have charged me since inception ofcontract as the initial premium amount was R454.98 2. To pay for my exuberating bank charges I have incurred for every debit that they raised that was notauthorised for the R70 and R140 which have affected me negatively financially including interest. 3. To remove the R140 fees due on my account due to non-disclosure by Cell C, not receiving mycontract as requested after sales call on numerous occasions and not disclosing the unpaid debit order fee amount that would be charged even though they received their monthly premium and for not setting clear terms and conditions with regards to EFT payments. I will not pay Cell for charges even though they have received their monthly premium and when my account is not in arrears. That is absurd and just a way to ****** additionally money from clients.***
