Absolutely terrible. Their system doesn't even work properly to track payments and they try to ****** more money from their customers by lying about debit orders failing when the Bank Statements prove otherwise. The most terrible company that *****s money I have come across. This will go to the Ombudsman. Wish there was a credit bureau for companies that rob customers like these
