Invoice Slip

<p>Hi, i purchased a apple iphone contract phone with you guys last year. The application for the contract was done via telephone, when i received the phone there was a invoice for proof of purchase of the phone. The issue now is the software for the phone crashed and i had to go to apple to get it rebooted, they stated that they wont be able to do this without the proof of purchase. I recently moved houses and i lost the proof of purchase and the copy of the contract, i called cell c customer care to ask them for a solution to this problem, i spoke to a agent named Zenzele from the DBN branch, he told me he would have someone call me and send me the invoice within 4 hours, 6 days later i still havent received the invoice nor the copy of my contract. Please get someone to contact me ASAP as i won't be paying for a phone i am unable to use. since my phone is useless at this moment i had to get an alternative number - ********** . please contact me and let me know when you will be able to email me the proof of purchase.</p>
