invoice not changed to pdf as requested
I have called TWICE over the past few months to request that my monthly invoices are sent as pdf documents NOT emc documents. Each time the person assured me that it was changed in the system and all future docs would be pdf, but I am STILL getting emc docs.<br> Solution: (a) re-send my April accounts as pdf docs (b) update the system so that I NEVER get emc docs again

24 Apr 2016, 11:36Skhumbuzo called to say that Cell C is not able to , as a matter of course, send out invoices as pdfs - but he is able to do that manually every month for me (and did do so for this latest account, as requested). Whilst this input from him is appreciated, I find it VERY strange that a major company is unable to provide their invoices in the customer's format of choice, if that format is commonly used (as, of course, pdf is).
