Invalid Info

I was given wrong info when doing an upgrade with cellc now I am stuck with a contract that I Idon't like. I called to try and rectify and was just given a reference number. I *** and nobody has gotten back to me. Its a pity that Cellc only resolves my quieries through hello peter and not through their customer care. Can someone at Cellc take care of this.
