Internet woes

<p>I'm on a contract with cell c where i get 20gigs(5 daytime,15 night owl). I've been trying to download stuff at night specifically,but no,cant seem to do it. Download speed max 700kb/s minimum 5kb/s (and this was mostly the case),so i ended up not downloading anything after waiting till who knows what hour in the morning. I truly am absolutely disappointed in my decision to take this contract with this company,and I still have until August... </p>
