Internet Speed Sucks

This is my second report to Cell C after I left a comment on the first report on which you did NOT respond on. I just want to tell you Cell C that your service is up to ****. Really. I have been with you for 3 months now, and after several attempts you still would not help me. My internet speed is really slow although I have full HSPA signal. Furthermore, the internet would not connect every time and after that fails the signal would disappear. You called me twice and said that someone would come and test my connection. After a month I am still waiting. I tested a Vodacom sim-card in my modem and it worked fine, I tested my Cell C sim-card in another modem and it still did not work and when it worked it was so slow not even my home page on my browser opened. Thus Cell C, I myself established that the SIM must be faulty because you are too darn lazy to drive 200 km. So I will continue to spread the word that your service is really bad, I will only stop if this problem is resolved. I am sorry, I am paying for three months now for absolutely no service.
