Internet not working properly and line cut off

Hi.<br> <br> I have two problems with Cell C on two numbers.<br> <br> My phone is cut off due to RICA all of a sudden. My SIM is registered and was registered for the last 3 years and now all of a sudden I`m cut off.<br> <br> The other problem is my giga200 SIM. Everytime when I am out of Cell C coverage and my tablet starts roaming on Vodacom, there is no internet connection. I did a test and the fault is with the SIM and not the tablet.<br> <br> The last few weeks the CellC signal is off for times and then I don`t have any internet connection. This is my primary internet connection and all my devices connect to this hotspot, so it is unacceptable. Now the device roams on Vodacom signal but does not connect to the internet.<br> <br> The call centre is useless and they don`t want to help. They always make as if I am stupid and knows nothing. I think that they should change their attitudes towards customers.<br> <br> I was a big supporter of CellC and we have 5 CellC devices in our home. I don`t want to go to another network but it seems like I have to and that I should start warning everyone against CellC. I am the person that people come to for information and for help with phones so I have a big influence on them.
