Internet contract dispute

Cell C Head Office<br> I signed a internet contract with Cell C on the 27th of Oct 2015 for 40 G a month for R399.00. End of Nov they deduct over a thousand rand from my account. I queried the amount through a branch, no reaction. The same thing happened during Dec. I reversed both payment and pay the correct amount in by electronic transfer. Early in Jan 2016 they hotlined my account and cut off my Internet. Several calls and e-mails later, nothing is solved. I received reasons like: non-payment, I went over my limit (but I capped my internet), the Cell C branch loaded my contract incorrectly. <br> ***
