internet connectivity is a mess

I am extrimily annoyed by CellC network. I have contract of data with them, also my kids have data contract with them. Lack of connective it is really serious. Money is debited from my bank account every month whereas i can not connect to internet on daily basis. I have countless of references. I want my money back and go to other network providers. CellC is just a *******. I want all money that is taken from my account. My kids have to go to INTERNET CAFE and pay for intern whereas they have data. I request CellC to urgent attend to this issue
