Internet connection
I have been using Cellc for maybe 7 years now never had any network issues.. But for the last two months I have been struggling with connection which is really frustrating honestly. Using a duel sim both my simcards are giving the same problem tried calling several times but I get no joy. Probably I should change network

01 Dec 2021, 16:49Wow saying am having internet connection but still reply on the website can't someone call me. I even struggle to login here. Both simcards are on 4g connection all bars are up.. But anything internet related I struggle only connect for fee minutes then it says connection down

03 Dec 2021, 18:40This is the last time am writing to you guys.. Honestly am fedup, been struggling to connect too the internet for the past 2 months now it's not even on one location. Whether am home or at work I struggle.. I feel it's useless keeping my data simcard rather cancel since it's not working for me and no one is willing to assist.. Called the customer care with no help still having the same problem.. Losing one loyal customer wont harm you guys.. Then you guys have a nerve of replying back on Hello Peter, which I told you have internet connection.
