Internet allways down. With shortcut connections outside to neighbours

Its going for day 2 and not internet access. Cell c wont sort this out. I must pay for internet giving hassles every week. Octotel came and did a shortcut connection on our box to neighbours house. Since then we have problems. Cell c stuff is faulty router and outside but they wont sort this out even wants me to pay for someone to come fix their mess and faulty stuff. They better sort this out this morming before 10.and will refund me for every day i havent had internet since i got this fibre from them. And the best part is last night was busy with fibre support and she just stopped talking and no one on the other side of the phone. The problems wont stop from cell c it just keeps going on and on and still havent sorted my contract of 599 out. Finally after 2 months my payments been fixed what tipe of provider is this.

Its 3 hours later and still no one came to fix my internet or even phone to sort this out now im fed up this is the worst damn provider ever i want to cancel this im going to go to afrihost same package and cheaper

I phoned in now and they want to do troubleshooting that i did for 40mins last night and they cant fix it they wont send technical people they cant fix anything just keep telling me bull**** stories i want my damn internet sorted out its 2days now and never allways on or not giving connection problems so they must come replace my router now. They wont phone me back supervisor sick allways a other story. So sick of this ****

I had an IT friend here its the router that is faulty you will come replace it now i want it done and want feed back no one phones me back waiting on supervisor they just ignore you. You pay them but they wont come fix their **** faulty units

Its 17:00 and still my internet is not sorted out yet this is a disgrace. This cannot go on like this. Cell c fibre would have phoned me at 5 to sort this out but nothing yet

How the hell can you pay for internet andd other people at octotel has no issues and we have all the time. Its 2 days with no internet im so disgusted and ****ing angry it cannot describe how fed up i am. I would rather cancel this and go to afrihost im so mad that i did not go with them from the start and like a fool i took cell c

We are going for day 3 now and still my internet is down ****ing discraceful. No one can sort this out cell c will refund me and lost income for not being able to work. I want technical support to come fix my internet now **** this now i had enough of your ****

I have used over R100 of airtime and ****ing nothing has been sorted ou logging tickets for octotel and keep saying same bull**** story over and ****n over again. They wont contact you they just dont give a **** even octotel. ****ing disgraceful businesses this are. Just want money but when it comes to fixing their **** they just do ****ing nothing. Never use them or you will sit with these ****

Im waiting an hour now for cell c to log a ticket for a router replacement. Precious should have phoned but nothing happens like allways **** i cant hadle this shot anymore

Now cell c have the ****ing audacity to tell me i must wait 2 days for my new router. **** this i will stop all my debit orders from cell c and cancel everything because they are busy with breach of contract i pay for services that i dont get. Wont fix my router i am ****ing fed up. So come take your faulty **** and stick it. Im going to afrihost **** your provider and your services you cant sort any ****ing **** out. **** this

Like you can see since 5 September morning not even one reply from this stupid provider with the breach of contract not being able to provide me the services i pay for i will cancel all debit orders and all payments to cell c they can come take all of their faulty **** equipment. And ill go to afrihost same package and cheaper and no **** service like this bull**** company. Cannot come and bring a new. Rooter im going to stop all payments to cell c asap **** this company now this is ****ing enough. ****ing me around tge whole ****ing weekend friday they could have replaced it but no **** you cell c
