International Roaming Data Charges

I have queried with cellc on many occasions why I have been billed +- R9000 for data usage against international roaming and have not received feedback that made any sense whatsoever. I went abroad in November 2015 and made sure that I adhered to the international roaming tips on their page [URL Removed] but on my return I still received an astronomical amount for international roaming for data. I have requested a detailed itemised listing for the websites I have visited and unfortunately they have sent me a report that with no such data except foe generic Apple IP addresses which are mainly used to automatically pick up a users location. I should not be billed for data that I have not used. In spite of my following their tips for international roaming on their page (which clearly did not work), they are not adjusting my statements in anyway and have now locked my line.<br> I have always been a very loyal customer of cellc and it looks to me like they're trying to make money in whichever way that they can.
