International Roaming
Good day;
I did every thing you instructed me to do to be able to use my Cell C phone and contract cross boarder. Yet once again it did not work. I need this sorted out immediately!
It seems that you do not want to help me or don't care?

As per the system, you don't have international roaming active, if you want it on kindly provide us with your international contact number and we'll contact you.
On the 20th of March, you activated WiFi calling, are you having issues with WiFi calling?
Please make sure that you are in a WiFi connected area and follow these steps for connection:

Please make sure that you are in a WiFi connected area and follow these steps for connection:
- Step 1: Connect to your preferred Wi-Fi network.
- Step 2: Go into your settings on your phone and select "Wi-Fi Calling" to enable the service. You will see the Wi-Fi Calling icon appear on the top of your screen.
- Step 3: Once you connect for the first time, you will receive a confirmation message - you're now ready to make calls and send SMSs.
- Step 4: Dial the number on your keypad and press the 'call' button. This button will change to a Wi-Fi Calling button which means you are calling over a Wi-Fi network

On 10 April 2019, i called in to the call center and requested this to be activated to be able to make calls from South Africa to a partner in Mozambique!.... It worked fin.
I also asked the lady if i will be able to make calls from outside South Africa if this has been activated and she said YES!!
Your information is not up to date Cell C/PN!!!
