internal communication disarray
Cell C is still charging me even after I have spoken with customer service from my location in Europe. Do the departments not talk to each other?

09 Nov 2021, 17:45No, the contract was cancelled via email on 27 July 2021. Cell C only cancelled it on 31 October 2021 because you were not able to call international numbers.
Please go recheck your records. I even gave my wife’s number as a local number however your “customer service “ refused to accept this.
