Interesting Data about Cell C Contracts

<p>After trying unsuccessfully to contact an 0860 number, I was advised by Cell C that the contract I have does not permit calling to these types of numbers using free minutes. One has to purchase airtime to dial these numbers on my contract. This in itself was an irritataion, but then I started thinking about the situation had I been in desperate need to contact the 0860 number in a real emergency. In the light of the fact that we have so much crime in our country, one would first need to get on to ones internet banking on ones phone (assuming that the person has access to internat banking), transfer money to the mobile contract, purchase an airtime bundle, then make the call to the 0860 number.</p> <p>I have spoken to some work coleagues and they were unaware of this "restriction". I wonder how many other people are aware?</p>
