Intentionally damaging phone during repairs purposed repairs..just to have client returned to increase turnover.

They seemed very helpfull at first, accomedating, friendly and attentive. Yet, eventually it turned out to become a dreary long procedure, poor quality product that failed me within the first 4 hours, I had to return all the way back to the shop, from my house, 16km away, to get the poor quality,BROKEN PRODUCT REPLACED AT..... A NEW ADDITIONAL CHARGE.... THEY BROKE MY PHONE COVER PURPOSEFULLY with the replacement, well it must be perpousfully, because how else could professionals that only work with phones make such a detrimental irresponsible mistake???? It was A GLITTER AND WATER FILLER COVER/CASE. sterdy and strong?im now LEFT WITH A WATER DAMAGE phone, clearly about to fail completely, i can actually see water drops from deep within my screen, shadowy blothes and clarity desturbances. ...This will now directly result in having more repairs done or even more so RESULTING IN HAVING TO REPLACE MY ENTIRE ****ING PHON3... ***3l
