Insured cellphone not being paid out

MY iPhone got ****** from my work place and I contacted Csurance who advised me of the procedure to be followed. Reported the phone to the police, got the case number, blacklisted the phone and blocked the sim, completed the documents and send it on the Csurance team. Never heard anything for 4 days and eventually called them to discover the claim has been put aside as there is no affidavit attached. I went and did the affidavit and send all the documents through again. 2 days later I called and still nothing happened, again I let it go and decided to call back the next day only to be informed that the claim has been given to whoever for review as the INSURED sim was not 30days or less active in the phone prior to the incident. Now this is where my problem starts, I do not insure a sim card, those I get for free from the store why would I insure that. I insure the handset which is valued at R9k, I provide the IMEI number to that effect to make sure they insure the correct device now you want to give me this ******** of the SIM is insured and must be in the phone. Now one EVER mentioned this condition, now when you must pay out this surface but you are quick to take my instalment.
