Insurance *******

So do mobile insurance actually work. Well after almost 4 years sadly mobile insurance is *****. I like being able to do a claim on a app on my mobile with the swipe and click of a button. Well not with Cell C. Cell C uses a Hollard for their mobile insurance and Hollard outsources to Worldwide Administration Services. 3 parties to maintain balance for one mobile device. So last week Friday i put in a claim for a cracked P30 Lite cracked screen. When doing this i got a ticket number and a response from Worldwide Administration Services to complete bits of the form i missed out on. Immediately i completed it and sent it back. 48 hours later i call back to check if all is in order and get told they did not receive my email. So for 1 hour i go back and forth with consultant at Worldwide Administration Services named Nthabiseng and Karabo to get this resolved. I use 2 separate emails work and personal and still these guys are not getting my details. Karabo then takes my contact and promises a return call well hello 3 hours later no call. We im certainly cancelling Hollard/Cell C. Poor Poor service. Cell C easily annoys you selling product like insurance, then do monthly debits without question. Why after paying an insurance amount for 3 years, now that i need to claim its an issue. This is extremely poor and yes i would never recommend and possibly planning to close this insurance and use legal advise to pursue legall actions.
