Insurance that you can not use!! Disgusting

Well third time that I have a problem with my laptop @ cell c. Today I have went to the Cell C store on the Bluff and the are refusing for me to use my CELL C INSURANCE THAT I AM PAYING R95 per month that the person who assisted me at the store gave me when I got my laptop. I would like Cell C to refund me all of my payments for my cell c insurance that I am not allowed to use and I would like cell c to sort out my laptop. I can not keep on paying for my laptop that is not even working properly to begin with!! I am disgusted in Cell C and their service ripping people off and making them pay monthly for insurance that you can not use!
