Insurance ****

My sister took out a contract at the Cell C branch in Brooklyn and was advised to take insurance and that the phone is insured from when she leaves the store as how short term insurance works, later on the same day she was ******. She reported everything to Cell C and she was advised to put in a claim which she did, it's been a whole month and you have been coming with stories refusing to pay out yet you want her to pay for a phone she does not have. I have asked for a copy of her policy documents to see the inception day as you said she didn't have cover but till to date nothing has been sent instead you sent her an sms today stating she has canceled her policy while she didn't as she still has the other phone. You are refusing to pay a valid claim and refusing to send documents which tells me you are running a **** and deceiving people to take your insurance knowingly you don't pay claims I would like those documents and correspondence of the policy cancelation that you mentioned to take this further. My sister regrets taking a contract with you.
