INSURANCE ON DEVICES

I app**** for a contract for a Samsung galaxy tab 4 and the person that helped me told me that the insurance was included in the contract I don't need to worry. well...... I am beyond upset because the device got ****** and I cant get another because I have no insurance according to cell c...I am very upset that I now have to pay for an item that I don't even have.<br> <br> I want cell c to come thru on that claim that one of their reps said that I have insurance because this is ridiculous
