Insurance not linked
<p>I took up insurance for my phone at the End of July. I received my policy documnets on the 1st of August. I was advised that the premium will go off with my contract which did not happen. After a several calls between Cell C and Csurance I am advised thatmy insurance is not linked to my contract, when ever I contact Csurance they confirm that my insurance is active. </p> <p>The last person I spoke to was Simphiwe Mathibi from Hollard/Csurance who advised me that he will submit my documents, till today my insurance is still not linked to my profile.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has been 4 months now. WHAT IS HAPPENING </p>
