C-surance must be the most pathetic service . I have received two new devices after an upgrade and wanted to get the new devices covered. It has taken more than two weeks to try and get this done. The forms have been completed . Keep getting a reply message that an SMS will be sent to complete the process. Gee Thanks Csurance still waiting for the SMS' and hours on the phone after these weeks just to get the devices covered. Seriously . Is this how you conduct your business. Maybe i should cancel and go somewhere else.
