Insurance for repairs non existing

We submitted our handset to Centurion Mall branch, 60 days ago. Only 18 days after submission received a quote on repairs and were told to arrange with insurance ourselves which Cell C contracted and are billed additional on the contract. The \insurance"was phoned and informed us they will send the forms to us to complete. It never happened and when follow up was done"
