Insurance cover not found!!!

I have been with Cell C for over 6 years now. After numerous upgrades over the years I have ONLY been told now that my insurance DOES NOT EXIST!!!!! I have NEVER cancelled the cover with them...EVER. If we cancel anything we need to do so in writing. Now, after all these years I HAVE BEEN TOLD I HAVE NO COVER!!!! I want to know when I cancelled my cover with Cell C. Our contracts are UPGRADED and NOT CANCELLED and restarted. We continue on the previous contract...it is linked!!! For Pete's sake can someone sort this out.
