INSURANCE CLAIM NOT SUBMITTED

I went into a Cell C Store in Westgate last week Monday ( 29/10/2015) to report my phone ****** where i proceeded to fill out the necessary claim forms which i was told would be emailed over to Cell C Insurance on the same. It is now a week later ( 06/10/2015) and i have just been informed by Cell c insurance, after i contacted them, that they did not receive the forms. Westgate is telling me that the lady ( Sindi) did not submit the forms and she is not at work today. Apparently i now have to wait another day before the forms can be sent to insurance. I find this service appalling and unbelievable. I am obviously inconvenienced and that is unacceptable as i did everything i was supposed to do on my side. i am not willing to wait another week for this to be resolved as i am without a phone at the moment while still paying for one. I expect for this to be attended to as a matter of urgency. Not giving your customer any form of feedback for over a week is un acceptable to me. If Wetsgate had a systems issue or whatever Sindi was supposed to have called me and came up with an alternative. I actually cannot believe no one bothered to submit my claim
