Insurance claim incorrect

I have claimed from the insurance. My phone was ****** , a P9. I have now received a replacement phone from the insurance (a p10 lite ) as the P9 is discontinued. So my question is why am I receiving a p10 lite instead of a P10. I am insured for the bracket from R9000- R12000. According to the insurance the P9's value is now R3500. So now I get paid retail value I don't care because I am insured for R9000-R12000. I am paying R189 a month. This is totally unfair as I have been paying for for the above amount. I was told I will be receiving a P10 not a P10 lite. Please correct your mistake as no one at cell c now wants to do anything about it.
