insurance claim delay

<p>hi</p> <p> </p> <p>i have put a claim for over a month at Csurance but nothing has been done about it. the service is so bad.i am paying my insurance well without missing payments but they do not not take that into consideration. i think something should be done about their insurance company because i am tired of calling and waiting 40 to 60 minutes before my call is answered.</p>
