Insurance Claim

We had a contract with cellc, my husband upgrade our contract via telephone after our first contract expired more than a year ago. We do have insurance on our contact however the IMEI numbers where never updated with the insurance for our existing contract. My screen broke so I took my phone in fir repairs. Now it is such a mission to get a copy of our delivery note so that I can give the IMEI number to the insurance for the claim to be processed.
