insurance claim

I am highly ****ed with the service you guys offer us as customers . The amount of arrogant and *********** people working in the C Surance by Cell C is very shocking . Submit a claim last week on Sunday 10 December 2017 by Cell C store in Cresta Mall . On Monday i call C Surance to find out about my claim the guy from the call center said i should call the next day what i did to find out the next day from the other person that my claim has been decline , when i ask why , the say the contract number was not the one use the phone and that number on the contract agreement is not on they are system , i do send them emails to prove them wrong but the keeping shooting me down nobody to help me . Pathetic service from Cell C and C Surance highly disappointed the call i made today i spoke to two ladies and the first one was so arrogant even drop the call when i was still on the phone trying to explain i am so mad at this bad service
