insurance claim
Dlamuka SB has launched an insurance claim for a ****** cellphone. He has submitted all his documents on the 26 of June and in August the only feedback he got was that the status of the claim is "open". Till now he has not yet received or heard anything from them. Ticket no: 290042
Kindly assist.
