Insurance Cancelled Without Notice – No Support from Cell C

I’m extremely disappointed with Cell C’s service. Without any notification, my insurance was suddenly cancelled. I only found out by chance — no SMS, no email, nothing.

For the past four days, I’ve been trying to get help, but it’s been a nightmare. I’ve been constantly transferred from one department to another with zero assistance. Eventually, I was told to contact World Wide Advisory Services, who also haven’t been able to get through to Cell C on my behalf.

To make things even more frustrating, I was asked to send my latest invoice via WhatsApp, not even email. Since yesterday, all I receive is an automated message saying: “You are going through to an agent”, but no one ever responds.

This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and inability to resolve such a serious issue is shocking. I expected much better from a national service provider. Please sort this out urgently.
