Insurance cancelled without my consent

<p>My Cellphone insurance was cancelled without my consent and now I have a claim. the people at the branch cannot even get through to their insurance division to give me an explanation. I cant even get through to the insurance department to assist me with my query. I want feedback immediately or i will contact the Insurance Ombudsman.</p>
