Insurance Cancelled but Cell C still take the money!!!!

<p>I cancelled my insurance in August 2016. Since November 2016 there is insurnace charges on my statement. Every month I phone for a refund and ask them to make sure the insurance is not on my statement anymore as I did cancel it in August. I emailed my statement and also bank statement for them to see that it is going off my bank account and they just dont come back to me. I emailed them on the 10th + 17th February and again on the 1st March but still nothing. It is about R500 now that they owe me and once again the insurance is on my March Statement that will go off my account on the 1st April. I dont get any service from Cell C Insurance and is unacceptable that they take money that they are not suppose to!!!!!!! I want my refund and I want the insurance off my Statement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1</p>
