Can someone please help me out there my house was broken into on the 18th February and my partners phone was ****** and we went to open a case and all but now her phone was insured so as a result we went to cell c Carlton centre and ask filled in the forms and asked them to send it on our behalf, as we cant use my phone since you can only phone using cell c mobile ***, my case number is 335/2/2016 her number was *** I have sent in everything they asked of us, the affidavit, case number, Saheeda from Carlton centre said she spoke to Delwin on the 25th feb at 15:30, but nobody has spoken to us two weeks now.
