Insightfull Classification Of Loyalty

I have been a loyal Cell C customer in excess of 6 years now. About two months ago I decided to give one of my old phones to my 9 year old daugter, and bought a prepaid Cell C simcard, to utilise the R5 unlimited Whatsap functionality. This afternoon she came to me and showed me an sms she received from Cell C today thanking her for her loyal support, and wishing her a prosperous 2016. I, on the other hand, have not received any correspondence whatsoever, not taking into consideration that my average bill per month is in excess of R600 per month, compared to het R5 per month utilization.Nothing serious, just very insightfull to see where the focus of this company lies.
