insensitive Cell C

my daughter loss her simcard due to her phone that fell during her uncle (my brother's memorial servive, a week ago we /she called her network provider which is cell C to make a sim swap,she was asked the so called security questions.. like when last did you recharge,she could not remember that because she uses data to make calls.then we had to go to Maponya mall today 16/01/2022 around 11:00am that girl told us that the sim card has been blocked because my daughter could not answer all the questions correctly.it will be unblocked after a month....it means she wont be able to get communication from her daughter's school,messages from the bank and her work place and from family as well,what if the child gets sick at school just because she cant remember when last she bought airtime remember the 5 last people she called ,who remembers that when there is death in the family...really
