Inneficient Admin Department - Badly handled transition from iConnect to Cell C Fibre

Cell-C, on the 19th of November we sent you our account recon for your immediate attention since you sent us a notification from your "Collection Queries" Department (Zanele) indicating that our services were due for suspension, EVEN THOUGH WE HAVE NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AND THAT WE ARE ON A DEBIT ORDER WITH THE COMPANY. After I rep**** stating that we have never missed a payment, Zanele rep**** "The account was migrated to Cell C without banking details" and we have not heard from Cell C again. Basically, when your business changed from iConnect to Cell C, you dropped the ball with your admin and are now making it your customers' responsibility. How is your administrative mismanagement our fault?

Do you think it is correct for you to send a threat to suspend our services when we have never stopped paying our bills? It is YOUR responsibility as a service supplier to manage your business decisions effectively (i.e.: the migration to Cell C), not ours as your customers. We had a debit order agreement with iConnect and it is expected for you to continue with it.

If you needed us to resend our banking details, then you should have requested this in a timely manner -and apologising for the inconvenience by the way- instead of treating us like debtors or irresponsible clients.

The way you have handled this transition from iConnect to Cell-C has been appalling. You even cut us off 2 months ago and it took you 2 days to find out why! Turns our you had another “miscommunication between departments”.

We expect an apology, an explanation, and the confirmation of the way forward from Cell-C. It would be WONDERFUL if you had the decency of replying to our correspondence.

------

PD. We have been waiting for 2 MONTHS for you to sort out an issue with our invoices because your "password" functionlity does not work.

As per communication with Lungile, a security check needs to be done with the account holder for security purposes.
