****ing useless incompetend company!!!!!!!!!

This company is the most useless and *********** group of people that ever worked together. They claim to have wonderfull customer service, but they have done nothing but prove the absolute opposite to me. Payments made to them are "not received / allocated" and when you speak to an agent they can't find the proof of payment that was sent through. They "attempt" to help by giving a different email address to email the documents to but nothing ever happens afterwards. Proof of payments has been sent to a multitude of different addresses. They are quick to cut service to the contract phones due to "payments not made" but when you speak to them they "can't find it in their system". They are a ****ing useless bunch of people that are incapable of doing their jobs properly. IF my services are cut again due to this useless incompetend company, the ombudsman will receive all communications and contracts will be terminated without further payments.
