****ing useless fixing account

After making payment arrangements my name still not cleared and doing loan i cannot get it *** now im going to live on street because of ur ****ing useless service. I want my name cleared today so i can get my loan monday. I need it today

Its not what I asked for and what the consultant told me that phoned me said i have an arrangement that im paying it off so i will be able to make my loan so please fix this i made all those payments im going step further cause i need that loan to move into apartment now i cant and it will because of you i will live on the street so fix this asap as was said to me you will over phone call on Thursday

Its not a payed up letter i want to make aloan and then will make over 2000 rand payment to cell c also. So please fix this as was said will be done. Look last year June i had same issue and was fixed found my payments now same issue but i will pay double cause i must get loan or im on street do you understand that its your fault where i am now

Your name cannot be cleared as your account is still in arrears. Yes, you made a payment arrangement but we cannot issue any letter to you.
