*****ing us blind
I bought a 7 day bundle where i have 500mb day and 500mb nite data. I have noticed (by doing a detailed billing each time) that even though i am in the nite data time frame you are taking data from my day bundle as well as my nite bundle! In fact, more data was being taken from my day bundle than my nite bundle.. at 5am in the morning!! Even sending an image on whatsapp made you taje 15kb from my day data AND I HAVE A WHATSAPP BUNDLE. So what are you doing taking data for something i alreadt have a bundle for?!! You know, the problem is that you ***** from us in all these sneaky ways where you think we will not notice. It might only be a little bit of money to you but to us who are struggling IT'S A LOT! I want an explanation for why you would be *****ing from me, Cell-****!!

She also said that if i am using my nite data and it gets depleted, you automatically start taking from my day data, even if is within the nite data time frame. But if i didn't use my nite data and i use up my day data, you don't take from the nite data i did not use. I think that is absolute nosense and daylight *******. PLUS, NOWHERE do you say this is how the day to day bundle works OR the nite data time. Not even online when you google it. Man i loathe your company! All of you service providers. All this ****** fine print that makes you rich and us to draw the short straw. Disgusting!!
