I've called in on Monday requesting a payment agreement and have no assistance yet.

It takes 24/48 to get a response which I haven't got till date(10.03.2022) why are you guys so useless at the job you do ?

I've called in many times requesting to speak to you legal team but from the contact numbers given non off the collection agency has my info.

Called in many times but only brain dead idiots answer and can't assist as well as your managers are idiots thats is why you guys are listed so badly on hellopeter.

You guys list a person on itc and when a person asks for assistance you don't have a contact number or don't answer
