****ing payment issues now no internet

If its not ****ing payment issues its ****ing internet issues cant even get through to call centre *** the worst ****ing internet provider. 2months now almost three same as last time account not fixed yet no reply **** all and now no internet i want to be moved to vox im done

Its going on for months no ref number. Sort my account out last time I had the same **** took months. This has to stop or we stop all accounts from you and i go to vox faster line and cheaper. You have cost me alot of money from the start so i give you till this coming week to sort this out. If not we stop everything and I won't pay any extra funds in because of all thr **** and ****ed up service i got from starting with you. U won't get anything when i cancel u are one ****ed up company doenst sort anything out
