*****ING MY ALL NET MINUTES
I usually buy 240 any net minutes which lasts me almost a month. I recently noticed that my 240 minutes gets 'depleted' sooner than usual. I decided to actually add up my outgoing call minutes, to wich I found that I used about 100min max, yet my 240 minutes is 'depleted' I contacted the customer service and spoke to 2 different consultants (Nontobeko and Shimone) both these consultants advised that I used up all my 240 min despite me having proof stating otherwise. They also refuse to provide me with their 'proof' showing I used up all my minutes. Being your customer for more than 10 years, this is disgraceful! I want a refund on my remaining minutes

27 Feb 2025, 08:01Hi,
So I did receive a call from one of your agents who explained why the minutes were depleted. She advised that if I make a call for e.g 1minute and 1sec = I get charged for 2 minutes. Or if I call for 2 seconds = I get charged for 1 minute.
This is why the minutes are not adding up because you actually do per minute billing. DESPITE the fact that your terms and conditions for voice bundles stating that you do PER SECOND BILLING.
How disgraceful to even admit this to your customers!
