*****ing money
I paid R27,000 wrongfully into cellc account. With this please note I have no contract or even any account with cellc. I have a court order stating they must refund within 14 days it has now been 1 month 2 weeks. I have called their contact centre daily and git told someone will calm back no one did. This calling takes up so much time just to get the same offer for the more than month daily call that someone will call me but no one calls back.

08 Jul 2024, 16:08I have send it I spoke to an event who transfered me to the manager they have everything on file. Their excuse now is that I'm not a cellc customer and they can't locate the money transfer but on the banking statements it clearly shows cellc bank account this was confirmed by the court. My legal fees are pulling up I need this to be sorted

10 Jul 2024, 00:37Cellc way they did contact you privately they never did. I wasted so much money on calling their call centre that I decided to buy a cellc sim. Long story short I loaded airtime to call them. I noticed that the airtime I loaded was gone when I called their call centre again they told me it's back ground apps or when there is no data they deduct airtime. Pls people don't join this network in all the comments they say they contacted you private they never contacted anyone privately. Is there anyone experiencing the same please let me know I will pay for your legal fees I just want this *****'s to learned a lesson.
