*****ing from a frail 92 year old woman

By far the worst provider in South Africa. Thankfully I don’t use them and never will. My mother, however, has a contract with them. I say “has” as it is still running despite me requesting them to cancel it for over 5 years now! My mother is 92 years old and has not used her phone for over 5 years now. Repeated requests to cancel her contract have been completely ignored and they continue to debit her bank account each month. They’re basically taking advantage of an extremely frail near end of life old woman. They can check their records and see when her phone was used and it should give them a hint that it has not been used once in many years.
