****ing disgraceful cell c 3 months and cant fix an account
And still no ****ing reply. Stop giving covid 19 for an ****ing excuse. Sort this ****ing issue out today. I have been waiting 2 months now month 3 for this ****ing disgraceful **** this. I will reverse the debit order i promise you. That's why nothing is done yet because you want to do the 729 debit order im not ****ing stupid. It cant take 2months to sort an account out. At mtn it takes a phone call or just to go into their shop but cellc nothing ****ing helps what or where you do it.honestly i want your supervisor to contact me your managers said it will be fixed and stay on 599 and ****ing nothing has been done. Or yiu cancel this now and i wont pay any money in **** this

13 Oct 2020, 07:15Listen here thats what you keep saying and saying and the debit order is going off on the 15th sort the debit order out before that or you will refund me you never refunded all the debit orders bank fees that you did double debit orders where i payed via eft. Im ****ing fed up with you guys cant sort anything out you are a disgrace for a provider and i keep seeing people saying same stuff on hello peter get your **** together for **** sake
