****ing disgrace internet company nothing works. Routers and consultants

What ****ing bull****. Have my payment been allocated.? Now i have internet problems aswell it shows its on at support every ****ing time there is a ****ing issue from cell c. I want my internet on asap and my account fixed for ****sake. Or i go to vox. I want a technician at my house in a ****ing hour i cant even say how many times im having this issue. Last time it took 5 days to fix a broken router sending tickets to wrong department never got credit for that. I want a phone call in 10mins time.

Busy with vox now getting faster internet and package for over R100 cheaper everything will be canceled if not fixed asap. And you wont receive a cent from me. Never in my life have i had **** like this and ****ing service as that you give. Always covid covid **** covid you guys are ***********

I have had enough **** now over 5 months with payment issues you cant find now it was fixed a month ago now starting again and now router **** and 2 days to sort out at fox the guy comes to me now if i have any ****. So you im not going to be your client for long anymore and wont give a recommendation to anyone i know

And an hour has passed and absolutely ****all has been done not even a technician phoned or came out or a ****ing reply from this useless piece of **** company. Im done with this ****. Getting a ****ing bad credit name from this *********** piece of **** provider. After being paid and cant find it sitting without internet with a ****ed up router for the second time. And cell c just says **** you. So now i say **** you im done with you cell c. Go **** someone else around for the alnost 2jrs i have been with u never in my life again **** this

I want all my log in details to log into another router. Because this one is broken like last time. This one not even 6 months old. Give me all the stuff i need now asap

After being reset the router its starting to give **** again. You havent even tried calling ***. To find out if fixed. I want my ****ing account sorted and want feed back.

Its a day past now when is your ****ing technician sorting this faulty **** of you out for ****sake. I must buy data to work.
But cell c is one ****ed up company cannot do anything ****ing useless

Only today at 2 i got a call to find out if my internet is on or not rediculously late. Where i asked for a technician to come fix it got my own one to come and help.
Now the final issue is my account payments is it fixed and allocated like last time it took months to find my stuff it cannot go on like this.
When I do my next eft i want a correct email and person who knows what he does and will find my payment the same day. Or we stop everything
